Shelby is a 2-3 year old healthy female boxer that is up to date on all of her shots. She is a snuggler and just loves her people. She is obedient and knows, “heal, wait, stop, and come.” She is working on stay and down and has an off command. She is crate trained and loves to play with other dogs!
She has become overly protective of our young kids and doesn’t like friends around them. Although playful she nips at kids when they run around and isn’t calm when young visitors are around. She needs a place where she can love her people and live her best life but recommend she settles in a home without young children but still gets plenty of attention and activity.

She is currently in Prattville AL. Because of her past we request her name not be charged and compatibility with her new family is a must.

This dog is being fostered near Prattville, AL. You must be willing to drive part if not all of the way to pick up this dog for adoption unless transportation to another state has been arranged.  Please contact us with any questions.

* $225.00 for a dog over one year
