Mr. Freckles is a smart and sweet dog. He is a 1 year old, boxer mix. He is a little human shy at first but he LOVES treats and will truly be your best friend after receiving them. He also wants to be friends with other dogs and cats. Freckles training has been limited but with a little patience and calm repetitive commands he will be an exceptional dog. I would suggest good behavior reinforcement in his training and no scolding as he is a sensitive lad and will get his feelings hurt. He is heartworm positive and starting treatment next week. If you truly want a companion dog that you will spend time with Freckles is the dog you are looking for!

This dog is being fostered near Jacksonville, AL. You must be willing to drive part if not all of the way to pick up this dog for adoption unless transportation to another state has been arranged.  Please contact us with any questions.
