Barney is around 3 yo and is deaf. He was with Betty when his owner died and they were left tied up outside. The neighbor realized they were not being fed. We stepped in to help them. The weather was in the 20-30 and they needed help!! Barney has been neutered and a stick was taken out of his small intestines. He is recovering now but will be ready soon for his new home. It would be great if it was with Betty but he seems to like other dogs.
