If you are interested in adopting any of these dogs or wish to be on our waiting list for the dog that is right for you please fill out our Adoption Application. Individual dogs will not be discussed until we have received and reviewed your Application.
The adoption contribution includes a veterinary exam, necessary shots, worming, spay or neuter, heartworm test and heartworm preventative and flea control if needed.
Sadie is a 3 yr old little girl who is full of love to give. She is a very energetic girl and needs a fenced yard to get plenty of exercise. She enjoys spending lots of time playing with her humans. Sadie had a rough start to life and would do best in a home without any other dogs. She's not a fan of cats either. Sadie LOVES her humans! She doesn't meet a person that she doesn't like. There are 2 children in her foster home that she absolutely adores and we would prefer that she go to a forever home with children for her to play with. She is learning the ropes of indoor life and is enjoying being a little princess. She does have arthritis in one of her back legs but it doesn't slow her down one bit! In fact she can out run most of the others in her foster home. If you would like to make Sadie a part of your family please mention her name on your application.

Hello, My name is Drake, I think I am 5 yrs old and boy am I thrilled to be rescued by RPR! I don’t know what I would have done without them. I was just wandering around on my own looking for food and someone to play with and finally I found them! This nice family took me in for a couple weeks and gave me a warm bed and food twice a day! I was in heaven! Then I went on a ride in the car, which I absolutely LOVE, over to my new foster home where I met my new foster sister Bella and foster brother Oscar! I just love them so much! We get along great and play all day! My foster daddy has really fattened me up and also took me to the Dr. to make sure I wasn’t sick. Everything checked out good except these darn heartworms, but a couple weeks ago I had them treated so they should be gone soon! I am very easy going and gentle. I just love to be around people and other dogs. I even like kids! Who would have known? I am hoping to find my forever home soon. I know I will make some family very happy! Oh and did I mention that I'm a Boxer/American Bull Dog mix.......2 breeds in one dog, you can't get much better than that! Oh and I'm crate trained also so if you think you're the right family for me just mention my name on your application.

Precious Pearl is a 7 yr old girl who was returned by the family that adopted her as a puppy. It seems Pearl is a very well behaved, happy girl. She is deaf and does know basic commands sign language. Pearl is still very active and loves to play with the other dogs. Pearl has lived with a cat before. Currently, Pearl is doing great with the cat in her foster home.

Meghan is approx 3-4 yrs old and was on her own for some time before an animal control officer picked her up. I can't imagine how lonely, sad, and scared she was. Meghan was terrified in the shelter. Once away from the facility and in rescue, Meghan has made herself right at home with the other dogs and even a cat. It didn't take long for us to learn that Meghan is deaf which accounts for the previous fear. Meghan is crate and house trained. She loves to be by your side and promises to be your best friend forever. Meghan is now spayed and vaccinated. She did test positive for heartworms and will be treated soon. We are working in hand signals and Meghan is catching on great!

I was found wandering my neighborhood when a nice lady picked me up, gave me a bed, and a nice bowl of food, and much needed TLC. I am now looking for a forever home and a place to call my own.Red is 1.5-2 years old. He is neteured, up to date on shots, and Heartworm -. He likes other dogs, has not been tested with males, females are ok. Not sure about cats. He loves his people and wants to be where ever they are. He is on the thin side and should weigh around 80=85lbs when at his best weight. He knows simple commands and should be easy to teach. He is very active and loves to play. Meet Ryder! A handsome 4 yr old brindle boy who is sweet as can be. Ryder is new to rescue but so far we know that he plays well with female dogs, walks well on a leash and loves car rides. 8-10 yr old. Had numerous mammary tumors removed. Needs a nice retirement home. She is housetrained and loves to be with her human. She is a great girl with a wonderful boxer personality.

Bella was picked up off the street by a very sweet lady who saved her from being hit by a car. She has been taken to the vet to get a set of shots and also to be heartworm tested. The good news is that she doesn't have heartworms!!!!! The vet estimates Bella to be 9-10 months old and to be around 40lbs when she is grown. She is very playful (as most puppies are) and has a sweet personality. She hasn't shown any type of aggression to anyone that she's been around. Bella would love to have a home of her own.

- Meet Anya! She is a sweet, loving mama boxer who recently came to RPR rescue with her latest litter of pups. She is five years old and had been bred four times previously by her four owners, but she finally gets to retire from the puppy business. Anya is playful and loves toys. She loves all dogs, big and small. She is house trained and will be fully vetted and ready for adoption in the next few weeks. Ask about Anya on your application.

Hooch is a 3-4 year old white boxer with a lovely personality! He is very gentle and so far has been very submissive to the other dogs in his foster home. He even gets along with the cats. He loves people and will put his face in your lap and wait for pets. He does the boxer lean and the nubby wiggle with the best of ‘em! He is very well mannered in the house and will just laze around, but he does like to rip around the yard a bit too. He may be partially deaf, but he definitely has at least some hearing. Hooch is housetrained and crate trained, and has been through heartworm treatment. He is very ready for a home of his own!
